Kim Osborn Receives the Richard C. Schulze Award

St. Louis, November 22, 2022 – Kim Osborn, a Principal Acoustical and Fan Systems Engineer for Nortek Air Solutions, has recently been recognized at the AHRI Annual Leadership Forum in San Antonio, TX for his outstanding service and expertise in the HVAC industry.

Being an engineer in the industry for over 30 years, Kim has displayed exceptional work. Especially his work in acoustics and air movement technology. Through exceeding customer and team expectations, Kim earned his reputation as “Mr. Dependable” due to his unwavering consistency.

It is one thing to succeed individually, but Kim shows, through his service, that seeing other people succeed alongside him is just as important. He exemplifies an altruistic individual who is willing to go the extra step to help others. Through his extensive resume of engineering committee volunteerism, and palpable care for others, it is clear that Kim is a rare combination of technical prowess and selfless character.
