Willis Pugh Joins Nortek Air Solutions

Nortek Air Solutions is pleased to announce that Willis Pugh is joining the company as Vice President and General Manager for the Coils, Parts, and Service (CPS) segment. He will work to develop strategies to sustainably and reliably deliver the growth and operational excellence our customers have come to expect.

Willis joins us from Shoals Technologies Group, where he was Sr. Vice President of Operations. Prior to Shoals, Willis was a Vice President/GM in the automotive segment of Illinois Tool Works where he led the organization to increased market penetration and improved profitability. Willis received his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from The University of Alabama. He is actively involved civically and has been an avid supporter of Junior Achievement and the United Way throughout his career.
