The Temtrol brand dates to 1955 as a manufacturer of high-quality air handling equipment for commercial and industrial applications. It was one of the first to offer customers flexibility in terms of optional design and construction features.
The company was founded on the philosophy that technical knowledge and innovations go hand in hand with reliability. Over the years, Temtrol has specialized in custom air handlers, packaged air handlers, knockdown air handlers, and fan retrofit systems.

In 1985 Temtrol became a brand of Nortek Air Solutions. Today the brand continues to offer innovative and cost-effective custom air handling solutions for a variety of applications.
