Twelve unit replacements were made using Governair^® knock-down air handlers with FANWALL TECHNOLOGY^®. The FANWALL^® array allows designers to break down large single or dual fan system to optimize more closely the fan-wheel geometry and motor horsepower for a specific application. The result is smaller fans and motors, running closer to peak efficiencies, thus reducing energy costs. The redundancy of the fan components adds to the unit’s reliability. If one motor fails, only that portion of the airflow is lost, unlike single fan designs. The small size of each FANWALL cube allows for easy transport through a standard width doorway.
