Joe Naccarello Promoted to Chief Commercial Officer for the Air Handling Group within Madison Air

We are pleased to share that Joe Naccarello has accepted the role of Chief Commercial Officer for the Air Handling Group (AHG) within Madison Air. Joe will lead the development and execution of strategies to accelerate growth across all AHG businesses, which includes Nortek Air Solutions. Key focus areas will include sales & channel management, marketing, commercial talent development, and product innovation.

As many of you know, Joe joined Nortek Air Solutions as a Sales Application Engineer in the Ventrol business 26 years ago. Joe was one of the first six Ventrol employees who launched the business. Throughout his tenure at Nortek Air Solutions, Joe progressed through multiple leadership roles in which he continued to have a significant impact on growth. As VP of Sales for Nortek Air Solutions, Joe’s leadership was instrumental in building our business into what it is today. Further, as GM of the DX business, Joe led the team to significantly improve the profitability of the business.
