NORTEK AIR SOLUTIONS ANNOUNCES ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGES

New roles established to strengthen business strategy and encourage growth.

St. Louis, November 15, 2017 — Nortek Air Solutions (NAS) announces organizational changes to strengthen the company. Walter (Buddy) Doll will assume the role of Group President of NAS, Lester Charles will assume responsibility for operations, quality and supply chain functions, and Pete Goodman will lead the finance team.

“This change will enable NAS to leverage its capabilities and continue to encourage teamwork within and across our sites,” said Bruno Biasiotta, President and COO/CEO Nortek Air Management. “[It] will further the concept of one team, one focus, one result.”

Doll spent nearly thirty years with Johnson Controls where he led multinational, complex businesses within their Global Chiller Group. He also brings general management, business development, operations and global sales experience to the team.

Charles joined NAS in August 2017 and brings over 28 years of broad strategic business experience with an extensive background in manufacturing, quality and supply chain. He spent 12 years with Harley Davidson Motor Company where he led their international manufacturing operations in Brazil, Australia and India.

Goodman joined NAS in September 2017 to lead the finance team. He, along with Jonathan Hill and Lisa Smith in Human Resources, and Mike Banasik and Morgan Gardiner in Information Technology, will continue to work closely with Doll and the NAS leadership team in addition to their functional leads.
