Okarche, OK (December 6, 2012)—Temtrol, a leader in custom air handling and coil products, recently celebrated the groundbreaking of a new addition to its manufacturing plant and office building. The 80,000 sq. ft. addition will expand its air handler and coil production capabilities for new products, and increase office space for new customer and employee training areas.

Special guests at the ceremony included several Oklahoma State and local County and City officials; and several Temtrol representatives were also on hand. In his ceremony speech, Andy Halko, the General Manager of Temtrol commented, “Over the past two years Temtrol has experienced growth rates not seen in many years, justifying the need to expand capacity in the plant. While the business climate remains challenging, many of our customers are taking the time now to upgrade their older, inefficient air handling systems—both to save energy and reduce operating costs. This is helping to fuel this expansion. We are very fortunate to have great employees and many of the best sales representatives in the HVAC industry working together with our customers to arrive at the right air conditioning solutions. Our employees’ dedication to quality and service has made Temtrol the brand it is today. This plant expansion will support Temtrol’s growth plans for many years, providing opportunities for current employees and for those who will join us in the future.”
